- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in homes or school
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
- Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients and teach communication skills
- Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- HS Diploma
- Active CBT
- Experience working with children (personal/professional)
- WA State Driver's license
- Insured, reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25lbs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
- Ability to work M-F
- Individuals who love working with children
- Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
- Experience in ABA
