Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians (rbt).
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Preferred experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
