What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a team of RBTs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress, modify programs as needed, and ensure ethical and effective ABA service delivery
• Collaborate with families and staff to promote meaningful outcomes

What You’ll Need

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for evidence-based care and compassionate service
