Harry Brown's is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Automotive Title Specialist to join our administrative team.

Job Summary

The Automotive Title Specialist is responsible for processing all vehicle sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner. This includes closing car deals, submitting vehicle service contracts and other value added products, and processing titles for new and used vehicles. The role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and supports smooth dealership operations by efficiently processing paperwork with effective communication across departments.


What You'll Be Doing

Titling

  • Process title applications and registrations for all sold vehicles (new, used, and wholesale)
  • Submit title paperwork to the DMV in accordance with local and state laws
  • Track and follow up on title submissions to ensure timely processing
  • Address any title discrepancies, lienholder requests, or corrections
  • Maintain title and registration files in an organized and secure manner

Other

  • Prepare, verify, and process vehicle retail and wholesale vehicle deals
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and report errors
  • Maintain accurate records and file all documents related to billing and sales transactions
  • Work closely with the sales and finance department to ensure accurate deal completion
  • Hours are Monday - Friday
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in automotive billing, warranty, or titling processes
  • Familiarity with dealership software (like CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds) and DMV rules
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Clear communication and a positive, professional attitude
