Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work 3 days a week at a skilled nursing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina! We take great pride in having our LCSWs provide their services in person, please note this is not a remote opportunity. We are currently offering a $1,250 sign-on bonus plus a $1,000 referral bonus!

LCSW Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provider will see geriatric patients for cognitive testing, dementia and therapy services.
• Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management.
• Meet weekly with clients for counseling.
• Provide for clients’ needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

• MSW or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• One year of supervised clinical experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure in North Carolina as an LCSW in accordance with the regulations of the state.
• Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $350.00 - $550.00 per day
