Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical documentation, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation, with a focus on children. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations and medical terminology, and who can effectively oversee data collection processes while ensuring compliance with best practices in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support clinical staff in the delivery of behavioral health services to children.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate medical documentation is maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to monitor patient progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss case management, treatment strategies, and staff development.
  • Stay updated on current trends and research in the field of behavioral health to inform clinical practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure BCBA/LBA certification.
  • Proven experience in medical documentation, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation within a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
  • Experience working with children in a clinical environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing clinical documentation and data collection processes.
