A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) is needed to provide services within a K-12 educational setting in Albany, OR. This opportunity is a 190-day contract spanning the 2025-2026 school year, from August 22, 2025, to June 12, 2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services to students, addressing mental health, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and facilitate group work aimed at promoting student well-being and academic success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing professional expertise on social and emotional factors affecting students.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations and district policies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Proven experience working within a K-12 educational environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work independently within a school setting.
