Licensed Clinician (LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC)- Cincinnati,OH

Employment- Full Time /Part Time

Setting: Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Facility

Compensation

Full Time- up to $80K annually with Benefits DOE.

Part Time- $45 Hourly DOE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to residents' needs
  • Perform diagnostic assessments including Alzheimer's screenings, cognitive evaluations, and psychological testing
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans, including strategies for pain management
  • Support residents with emotional adjustment to facility life, grief, and loss
  • Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to create and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Mental Health, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Active Ohio licensure as an LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC
  • Deep understanding of mental health needs specific to elderly and subacute populations
