What You'll Do:

Full-time: You will typically be assigned 31 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 28 patient sessions per week.
Part-time: You will typically be assigned 25 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 20 patient sessions per week.
Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Active CA BBS License (LCSW)
Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A desire to grow within a private clinic organization
