Locations: Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, MD
Schedule: Flexible | Part-time (20 hours/week per County) or Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Supervised by: Clinical Director and Case Managers

Respect. independence.) is looking for Community Support Specialist Associates to join our Targeted Case Management (TCM) program in Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, and Montgomery County.
Whether you’re seeking part-time work in one county or interested in a full-time opportunity supporting two counties, we’re flexible and eager to find the right match for our team and the people we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Case Managers to support their caseloads by delivering direct, person-centered services.
- Provide face-to-face support to individuals living with mental health diagnoses at home, in the community, or wherever they need help.
- Implement specific tasks and services outlined in the individualized Service Plans.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation through service notes detailing client progress and interactions.
- Support our mission of helping individuals live self-directed, meaningful lives with dignity and choice.
Who You Are:
- A relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect authentically with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A dependable and empathetic professional who can work independently in the field.
- Open to traveling within your assigned county (or two counties if full-time).
- Committed to making a difference, one person at a time.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs or diagnoses.
- Ability to meet clients in the community or their homes.
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable completing case documentation.
