Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at MidValley Healthcare. In this role, you will provide essential therapeutic services to clients in our outpatient clinics, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy to support client recovery.
• Client Focus: Ages 16 and up with a broad spectrum of diagnoses.
• Supportive Team: Join a multidisciplinary group of mental health professionals dedicated to patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Flexible Schedule: Choose from full-time or part-time contract work.
• Locations: Boise and Meridian offices; in-person work preferred.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in mental health counseling, particularly with dual diagnosis or substance use disorders.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding and medical record management is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
