We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. The LPCC will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and client-centered care.

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and agency policies.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide referrals to other services when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, and community partners.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements as mandated by state regulations.
  • Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of Kentucky.
  • Demonstrated experience providing therapy in clinical, community, or outpatient settings.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and practice within ethical boundaries.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
