Position Summary:
The BCBA Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of Steady Steps ABA, providing leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance across all programs. This role includes supervising BCBAs and RBTs, maintaining clinical integrity, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and driving outcomes for the clients and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs and staff
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, including training, evaluations, and ongoing support
- Ensure treatment plans are individualized, data-driven, and aligned with client goals
- Conduct client assessments and collaborate on program development and updates
- Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and family-centered care
- Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of ABA experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of clinical best practices and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passionate about mentoring staff and advancing client outcomes
