We are a growing company that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children in Chester County PA. We are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the team.
Training & credentialing will start upon hire. Full time and part time option available.
Responsibilities for the position include the following but are not limited to:
Requirements
1. The willingness to make a difference to Siza’s clients
2. Some afternoon flexibility. Availability to work at least 10 hours a week.
3. Attend and complete training every month
4. Complete administrative tasks weekly
5. Meet all local, state and federal requirements for employment
6. Complete pre-employment requirements and training
7. Attend six hours of orientation on zoom prior to the start of work.
8. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment and Skill Assessments.
9. Creating clinical programs
10. Implementation, monitoring, analyze, and evaluation of treatment plans.
11. Managing and collecting data.
12. Collaborating with other professionals as necessary
13. Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Health Technicians according to BACB or IBHS standards.
14. Train stakeholders on ABA strategies crisis intervention
15. Collect IOA and treatment fidelity data
16. Creating supplemental material (Token boards, visual schedules etc.)
17. Completing session notes, meeting notes, and other applicable documents
18. Complete CEU’s as necessary to meet IBHS and BACB standards
19.Writing client reports as necessary
20. Attend monthly staff meetings and other meetings
21. Other tasks to support clients and the company as necessary
22. Provide in-person services to clients at least once a week
23. Delivering services in the home, and/or school, and/or community as dictated by the treatment plan.
24. Experience with practise management system or willingness to learn
Qualifications
1. Graduate degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or similar field
2. BCBA credential (or taking exam within a month)
3. Licensed Behavior Specialist credential through the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine
4. Experience implementing ABA programs and service delivery thereof for at least one year
5. Meet all state requirements for Pennsylvania (FBI, criminal record, child abuse clearance, act 24, and TB test).
6. Extensive understanding and compliance with the behavior analyst ethical code ‘The Code’
Compensation
$70 per direct service hour for the first three months then salaried based on schedule thereafter (option to stay hourly available). All employment is W-2
