Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. As an integral part of our events, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for guests and participants. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess skills in hospitality, guest services, and event management.
Duties
- Provide exceptional security services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage ticket services operations, including serving food and beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Support event coordinators in executing event logistics, including registration processes and crowd management.
- Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about the event schedule and activities.
- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any issues that may arise during events.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
-Saturday, August 30th - 7:30am - 7:30pm
-Sunday, August 31st - 7:30am - 7:30pm
