Job Description
* Provide between 10 and 25 hours of individual therapy, parent coaching/training and coordination of care with other members of the client’s treatment team
* Other job components include clinical assessments, ongoing utilization management, and ongoing participation within a multidisciplinary treatment team
* Utilizing knowledge of a variety of therapeutic models and theories
* Understand and plan intervention strategies for a variety of patients
* Monitoring patient progress and making changes to the therapeutic approach and best practice, evidenced based interventions based on patient response to treatment
*Provision of evidence-based treatments including but not limited to DBT, CBT, ACT, exposure-based therapies and/or other sub-specialty training preferred
*Provide therapy in the following areas: ADHD/Anxiety/Depression/Autism Spectrum, etc.
* Participate in clinical team meetings
Job Requirements
*Master’s Degree or Higher
*CPR Certification
*Legal documentation of the ability to work in the state of California
*Ability to pass a background check
*Ability to commute/relocate: San Diego, CA (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting the position)
*Experience working with ADHD/Anxiety/Depression/Autism Spectrum
*Experience working with adolescents/teens
