Behavior Technician

Behavior Technicians provide service and support in our client’s home. In-home support may involve helping a child develop emotionally and behaviorally using behavioral techniques or play-based approaches. We strongly believe in the importance of providing direct, consistent, and frequent supervision so rest assured, you will not feel alone when you are out in the field. CDM clients range in age from 2 years through 21 years.

Minimal Requirements

• prefer Bachelors degree in psychology, education, child development, communication or related field
• have ABA/behavioral therapy experience
• a valid California drivers license and up to date auto insurance
• DOJ/FBI clearance
• TB test clearance
• minimum 18 years of age
