Addiction Medicine and Health Advocates (AMHA) is a center city substance use treatment facility that has been providing behavioral health services to Philadelphia residents for over 35 years. Agency specializes in Medication Assisted treatment for Opioid Use Disorder. Agency is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor/Manager for an Outpatient Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program.

Minimum qualifications:

· Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social work, psychology, or any other behavioral health or human services concentration.

· Must be licensed to practice either social work, psychology, professional counseling (LPC), marriage and family therapy (LMFT) in the state of PA or able to obtain licensure within one year of appointment to the position.

· A minimum of 3 years behavioral health experience required.

· A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required.

· Knowledge of, and support for, medication-assisted treatment required.

Job duties include:

· Managing all clinical, nursing and support staff operations.

· Developing program goals and monitoring adherence.

· Assessing staffing needs and staffing agency accordingly.

· Overseeing regulatory compliance.

· Monitoring and reporting on outcome data.

·Overseeing agency facilities.

· Providing clinical supervision.

· Addressing and resolving patient complaints and grievances.

· Participating in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Committee activities.

· Working with the management team on programming and compliance issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
