We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will hold a valid license in any mental health specialty (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) and have a passion for supporting clients through their healing and growth journeys.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and case managers.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Support clients in achieving their goals for improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Current and active license in a mental health specialty (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
• Experience with diverse populations and evidence-based practices preferred.
