Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is hiring for an Outpatient Therapist to serve the Paducah Clinic.

PURPOSE: To provide outpatient behavioral services to individuals with mental/behavior disorders and/or intellectual disabilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Will consider LPCA, CSW.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in a behavioral science, special education, or a related field. Must have a valid Kentucky motor vehicle operator’s license and a CSW or LPCA license for Kentucky.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to evaluate needs of clients. Knowledge of overall objectives and treatment concepts. Knowledge of rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to the care and treatment mental/behavior disorders and/or intellectually disabled. Good verbal and written skills; patience and flexibility. Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner. An eclectic knowledge base.
