Grand Summit Recovery is seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health. Must be passionate about supporting clients on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for clients with substance use disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and program standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or equivalent) in New Mexico
• Experience in substance use treatment and mental health
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
