What You Will Bring

Master's level licensure in New Mexico (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC).
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25-28 clients weekly.
A strong commitment to personal self-care and continuous professional growth.
Availability to work two evenings per week until 6 PM to accommodate client needs.
An open mind and eagerness to embrace new ideas and learning opportunities.
A genuine passion and 'heart for this work,' demonstrating empathy and dedication to client well-being.
Experience or a strong interest in serving a diverse client population.
