Position Summary

The full-time Supervising BCBA will be responsible for a caseload of 3–6 full-time students...

Experience:

  • Minimum two years as BCBA, moving towards supervision of future BCBA candidates
  • Trauma-Informed ABA Approach
  • Ability to use Person Centered Planning
  • Community-Based Instruction and Natural Environment Teaching
  • Program management for clients with high support needs and low rates of target acquisition
  • Interest in working with teens and adults with Type-3 Autism

Skills Required

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Experience with report writing, including transition planning
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field, such as HIPAA
  • Ability to delegate and supervise tasks as required
  • Experience with data collection software

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Participate in planning and development of systems to improve service delivery
  • Ensure legal, ethical, and safety compliance for clients and staff
  • Provide clinical advocacy and maximize service utilization
  • Deliver in-person staff supervision and client assessments
  • Write reports and develop individualized programs
  • Conduct behavior planning and training for families
  • Work on-site from 8 AM – 4:30 PM and complete 25 billable hours weekly

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Center-based and community setting
  • Ability to walk, run, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, or stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Compliance with all safety practices

Benefits

  • Eligibility after 90 days and performance review

Compensation

At TEC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. Starting salary will be $73,000.
