Position Title: Licensed Social Worker

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to support students in a school-based setting in Toledo, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, providing counseling, behavioral support, and connecting families with community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Collaborate with school staff and families to address student needs
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
• Document and maintain confidential records in accordance with regulations
• Connect students and families with appropriate community services
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio LSW or higher license required
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school teams

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $34.02 - $40.97 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
