Responsibilities:
- BCBA/BCaBA to provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of clinicians and direct support staff
- BCBA/BCaBA conducts assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with autism and related disorders
- BCBA/BCaBA oversees the implementation of behavior management strategies and interventions
- BCBA/BCaBA collaborates with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- BCBA/BCaBA conducts clinical research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field
- BCBA provides clinical counseling to individuals, families, and groups as needed

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
- Valid license or certification in clinical counseling or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding and its application in clinical settings
- Experience working with individuals with autism and behavior management techniques
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
