Description:

Elevate Your Career with Alongside-Where You're Truly Valued!

At Alongside, our Associate Clinical Supervisor position is available to professionals’ pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We believe our Clinical Supervisors should spend their time doing what they do best, changing lives through high-quality ABA services. That's why we've built a workplace that supports you at every step, eliminating unnecessary admin tasks so you can focus on your clients, your growth, and your success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians (BTs) implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
  • Conduct field observations and collect fidelity and competency data on RBTs to ensure treatment integrity and high-quality implementation of ABA strategies.
  • Assist in program development by helping write, revise, and review treatment plans and instructional programs in collaboration with a BCBA.
  • Train and mentor RBTs and other team members on ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies.
  • Review and analyze client data, assisting the BCBA in making data-based treatment decisions and adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supervision activities, client progress, staff performance, and relevant clinical communications.
  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills and provide updates on client progress, under BCBA guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, ethical, and legal standards (e.g., HIPAA, client confidentiality, and behavior intervention policies).
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute insights to improve client outcomes and support a collaborative work environment.
  • Pursue ongoing training and supervision hours toward BCBA certification, staying current with ABA best practices and research.

At Alongside, you're not just another Supervisor-you're a valued part of a collaborative, thriving team that invests in your success. When you thrive, your clients thrive. Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
