We're excited to partner with a fantastic school district in Litchfield County, CT, to hire a compassionate and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year. This district is open to both full-time and part-time hours.

This is an in-person role with no hybrid or remote options.

Position Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: Up to 35

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full or part-time hours

• Grade Levels: Elementary and Middle School, K–8

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to school staff and paraprofessionals.

• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, related service providers, and families.

• Ensure compliance with district policies and best practices in behavioral services.

• Maintain detailed documentation and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• School-based or pediatric experience.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
