Job Description

Summary:
Seeking a certified, mission-aligned School Psychologist to step into a high-impact temporary role during a Fall 2025 leave of absence. This position is ideal for a practitioner with strong evaluation and consultative skills who is eager to support student success, collaborate with teams, and contribute meaningfully during a critical period. The focus is on K–5 student populations, providing evaluations and interventions within a multidisciplinary team environment.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
Develop and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with special education, counseling, and teaching staff
Support behavioral and academic interventions
Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student support meetings
Maintain documentation in compliance with state/federal guidelines

Experience You’ll Need:

Valid CT School Psychologist certification (070 endorsement)
Previous K–8 school-based experience preferred
Familiarity with IEP process and state/federal special education regulations
