About the Role
This part-time role (15-20 hours/week to start) is remote with once per week in person. The focus is clinical supervision and leadership, not direct client care. Ideal for someone who wants to transition from therapy into a long-term operational or clinical director role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a growing team of 5–7 therapists (remote)
- Provide weekly clinical supervision, feedback, and documentation review
- Support compliance, clinical quality, and client outcomes
- Partner with leadership on onboarding, culture-building, and performance
- Collaborate on audits, metrics, and operational improvements
- Join leadership meetings and help shape clinical strategy
- Optional: participate in community and outreach events
Who You Are
- LCSW, licensed in New York
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Skilled communicator, strong clinical judgment
- Passionate about supporting therapists and building culture
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Experience in children’s mental health, trauma, or crisis response a plus
- Bonus: Experience supervising peer support or crisis teams
