Empower Phoenix is a small therapist owned company that wants to EMPOWER our clients within their home and community.

We are currently looking for in person and home health therapists. There is an option to do a hybrid (outpatient / telepractice / home health) position as well but we are looking for at least 2-3 days on site.

Population: Typically individuals with Developmental Disabilities from 3-18 years.

Qualifications
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outpatient and clinic settings

Qualifications
- Board certification in music therapy
- Experience in pediatric patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records
- Proficiency in utilizing music therapy techniques in a clinical setting

- Desire to improve the lives of the kids you work with

- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the AMTA and state policies and applicable laws.

May directly supervise practicum students if desired after 6-12 months employment.
