Altercare of Zanesville is searching for a Social Service Coordinator to add to it's exceptional leadership team!
The ideal candidate:
- Must have excellent communication skills as well as ability to make accurate assessments of residents’ needs and progress.
- Must have skills in documenting this information, as well as verbally presenting pertinent data to appropriate staff and other professionals.
- Must have effective public relations skills and willingness to work also with the resident’s families, the staff and the community.
