Description:

Elevation Autism Center is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) for our upcoming early intervention ABA clinic in Lawrenceville GA (30044).

This role will mentor and support a team of Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs) in the clinic and champion our company standards for treatment and quality.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Hire and develop a team of 6-7 Behavior Analysts. Lead the team in their professional growth, including comprehensive program development and effective supervision practices for naturalistic ABA services.
  • Foster an environment of safety, security and HRE in the clinic environment.
  • Serve as a model of Elevation’s values of humility, learning, initiative and teamwork.
  • Implement systems and processes to support ongoing clinical outcomes.
  • Have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Your position offers significant autonomy, excitement, and a professional challenge in leading the professional growth of our BCBA clinical team. Our long-term plan allows for dynamic leadership responsibilities and growth potential as we expand our service areas.

Elevation Autism Center is a locally-owned provider of early intervention ABA and Speech therapy services for young children with autism. Our company is focused on serving the unique needs of children from 1-6 years old with comprehensive programming delivered in a fun and engaging environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing other Behavior Analysts in their professional growth.
  • Exceptional self-leadership, time management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive programming for young children diagnosed with ASD.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff.
  • Full understanding of NET, DTT and developing communication skills for early learners.
  • Experience with the key elements of running an effective center-based ABA program.
  • Full understanding of medical necessity criteria for autism spectrum disorder services.
  • Knowledge of typical childhood development across language, learning and social domains.
  • A humble, collaborative and solution-based approach to problem-solving.

  • $100,000-$110,000 in base salary, plus performance-based incentives
