About Job

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Elliot Professional Services Network, Inc. in Manchester, NH   Provide assessment of individuals by interviewing the patient and/or family members to obtain a comprehensive history, regarding the patient’s physical, developmental status, and behavior. Duties include:   Examine the patient to obtain objective physical data, perform neurological and other testing indicated by the evaluation. Complete a psychiatric assessment based on interview, examination, and available data. Identify psychiatric issues and needs based upon the evaluation and formulate differential diagnosis based on history, physical and clinical findings. Develop a treatment plan which may include diagnostic tests, pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical interventions, as well as education.  Review clinical data from lab results, x-rays, scans, and pathology reports. Notify patient of testing results via Electronic Medical Record based patient communication platforms, letter, or phone call. Follow progress of patient care to determine the effectiveness of the treatment plan and update and record changes in health status and modify treatment to achieve clinical goals as necessary.   Requirements: M.D. or D.O. degree and one year of experience as a Psychiatrist Residency in Psychiatry, fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and fellowship in Autism Spectrum Disorder. New Hampshire medical license or eligibility. Board certified in Psychiatry. Board certified or eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.   Hybrid office/home work schedule. Night/weekend call coverage per rotating call schedule.
