Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that will hold the position of president. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to individuals and families, helping them navigate personal challenges and improve their overall well-being while managing administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community resources, and support networks to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns as needed, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Handle administrative duties.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
