Position Summary

The LMHP will provide individual, group, and family therapy, lead treatment planning, conduct clinical assessments, and contribute to a supportive, structured therapeutic environment for children and adolescents enrolled in the IOP. Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments and update treatment plans in accordance with Medicaid and DBHDS standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including QMHPs, families, and community partners
• Provide clinical leadership in case staffing and crisis planning
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in EHR
• Participate in quality assurance and program development efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in behavioral health settings
• Experience with IOP, PHP, or outpatient settings preferred
• Familiarity with DBHDS and Medicaid documentation standards
• Strong clinical judgment, cultural competency, and communication skills
• Ability to work 3 -5days/week in a structured, center-based setting (schedule flexible)

Schedule

• 25-35hours/week, preferably split across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Evening hours; potential to expand to more hours based on client needs
