Job Title: Social Worker (LICSW) - Permanent

Location: Centre St, Brockton, MA 02302
Shift: Days – (8x5)

Hourly Salary Range: $28.00 - $55.00

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker or Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and care coordination for individuals facing mental illness, substance abuse, or psychosocial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals in crisis or with complex behavioral health needs
Facilitate voluntary and emergency detention admissions in coordination with law enforcement and families
Assign clients to appropriate outpatient or inpatient treatment programs based on clinical need
Coordinate referrals to community-based resources and support services
Serve as a key member of the multidisciplinary treatment team

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted LICSW
Master’s Degree
BLS (AHA)
