Job Title: Full-Time BCBA - Flexible, Hybrid, and Collaborative
Location: Washington, DC (hybrid model including in-home, school, and virtual settings) Schedule: Full-time with a minimum of 25 billable hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct supervision and support to RBTs in person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Monitor data, evaluate progress, and revise treatment plans accordingly
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards
About the Role: National Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work across home, school, and virtual environments with clinical support and a manageable caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA services and committed to achieving a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed in Maryland or willingness to obtain Maryland licensure within 30 days (required for clients credentialed through Maryland providers but seen in DC)
- Minimum one year of ABA experience with children
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home or school-based service delivery
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
