The Clinical Director (LCSW or LMHC) oversees behavioral health services within a transitional housing program, reporting to the Program Director.
The role emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and requires evening/weekend work, with bilingual skills a plus.
- Supervises multidisciplinary staff, including social service supervisors and case managers, ensuring clinical excellence and staff development.
- Implements evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing to support clients' path to permanent housing.
- Conducts audits, maintains compliance, and establishes community partnerships for comprehensive client services.
- Manages crisis interventions, high-risk client care, and long-term stayer case conferences.
- Attends meetings with external agencies, supports reporting, and performs other duties as needed.
