The Clinical Director (LCSW or LMHC) oversees behavioral health services within a transitional housing program, reporting to the Program Director.

• Supervises multidisciplinary staff, including social service supervisors and case managers, ensuring clinical excellence and staff development.
• Implements evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing to support clients' path to permanent housing.
• Conducts audits, maintains compliance, and establishes community partnerships for comprehensive client services.
• Manages crisis interventions, high-risk client care, and long-term stayer case conferences.
• Attends meetings with external agencies, supports reporting, and performs other duties as needed.
  
  

Qualifications include NYS LCSW or LMHC license, 3+ years supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.
