- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, relational, or psychological challenges
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team consultations, case reviews, and professional development
- Support clients through life transitions, trauma recovery, communication challenges, and more
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of New York
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Clinical experience in a therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
