About the Position

As a Child Therapist at Power Within, you gain a community of curious, and playful therapists, who specialize in children. Required Education and Experience

  • LMFT, CMHC, LCSW, or other full licensure
  • Active license to practice in Utah

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position of approximately 30 hours per week, consisting of 22 client hours, plus approximately eight (8) administrative hours.

This position offers flexible work hours set in coordination with the clinical director.

Commission & Hourly Rate

50% Commission of session rate. $20 admin rate. On target earnings of $80,000 - $95,000 per year.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional care to each client
  • Commit to building up to a minimum of twenty (20) client hours each week within first three (3) months of employment
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client’s specific needs and circumstances
  • Ensure HIPAA compliant record keeping and communication with clients
  • Follow all board required ethics, laws, and safety protocols
  • Remain in good standing with the licensing board
  • Write blogs on divorce, children with anxiety, loss, etc.

Work Environment

Hybrid - Majority in the practice office while other job duties can be completed remotely. A strong internet connection is required for remote work.
