What You'll Do:
- Conduct individual, family, or couples therapy sessions with clients to assess and address their mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are evidence-based, client-centered, and culturally responsive.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community resources to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Attend regular staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and development.

- Competitive Compensation: Hourly compensation commensurate with experience ($40-$50/hour); free supervision for CSWs, ACMHCs and AMFTs *Benefits available for full-time employee at 30 hours minimum: 4 weeks PTO/Sick Leave accrual; Health, dental, and vision insurance; yearly continuing education stipend of $1500.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. (Please let us know if you are graduating soon from an accredited program)
- REQUIRED: Active and unrestricted Utah license as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW/ACMHC/AMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Master Counselor/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCSW/CMHC/LMFT).
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or TF-CBT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families.
- Ability to use a computer and electronic health record system.
