Summary:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Adapt ABA, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they transition into adulthood. This position is essential for implementing effective behavior intervention plans and promoting independence among clients in our community.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and behavioral deficits.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.
  • Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week.
Schedule:
  • 4 hour shift, Monday - Thursday Afternoons.
