Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Compensation is dependent on experience

The Talent Management Associate - Reception provides quality administrative support to the Talent Management team, clients, and guests. Assists individuals and/or groups with projects as assigned and/or on a regular basis. This position is a team-oriented role in a fast-paced environment that requires effective communication. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma required. Prefer associate’s degree in business or office administration or two years of business administration course work.

Two years of office administrative support experience, including at least one year of previous HR experience, with employee records management, report preparation and excel expertise. An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities can be considered.



Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.  Have the ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.  Have a professional personal presentation.  Able to work under steady pressure with frequent interruptions and a high deal of public contact by phone or in person. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and excel at customer service.  Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.  Able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.  Dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction. Work well in fast past environment and adapts well to changes.  Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports. Anticipate needs, be proactive and show initiative; must be adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.  Experience with a multi-line phone system.   Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook).  Willing and available to work modified schedules (weekends, holidays, etc.) as required.

Ability to drive and must possess a valid driver’s license. May be called upon to travel to any Horizon worksite; transport clients, provide services to clients at other locations. Regular attendance at training and Horizon meetings may require travel to a variety of Horizon sites. Ability to participate in and successfully pass behavioral intervention training; includes both verbal de-escalation skills and physical skills techniques to be utilized with consumers as needed.
