Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with legal issues and requiring mental health support. This role involves identifying and providing resources and support while incarcerated and for exit planning with a goal of reducing recidivism.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Knowledge of local resources is a plus
• Strong understanding of crisis management techniques and ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development in the field of social work.
