Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to pass a background check
• Eligibility to sit for the certification board exam
• Strong interest in mental health and a commitment to professional growth
• Willingness to complete company-provided online training
• Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or in a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts by preparing materials and organizing the learning environment
• Collect accurate, detailed data aligned with each client’s individualized goals
• Assist in the implementation of behavioral assessments
• Deliver direct one-on-one and small group behavioral services to clients
• Communicate client progress to caregivers and team members under supervision
• Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback to improve treatment outcomes
• Follow all treatment plans, protocols, and procedures with fidelity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
