Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass a background check
- Eligibility to sit for the certification board exam
- Strong interest in mental health and a commitment to professional growth
- Willingness to complete company-provided online training
- Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or in a related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts by preparing materials and organizing the learning environment
- Collect accurate, detailed data aligned with each client’s individualized goals
- Assist in the implementation of behavioral assessments
- Deliver direct one-on-one and small group behavioral services to clients
- Communicate client progress to caregivers and team members under supervision
- Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback to improve treatment outcomes
- Follow all treatment plans, protocols, and procedures with fidelity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
