About Job

Job Summary:

We're looking for BCBAs to work with our growing team in central Florida! We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, after school, and evening hours. We offer flexible work options, including hybrid work arrangements to enable our BCBAs to maximize time with their clients. Our providers currently work with clients in their homes, schools, and other community settings in the Orlando, Celebration, and Davenport areas.

Inspire ABA was founded with a clear vision: bring a compassionate, dedicated team of professionals together in a supportive environment to provide the highest quality ABA services to those who need them. We are a family- and BCBA-owned company that is 100% BCBA led and BCBA driven.

We collectively work to uphold our core values:

  • Strive to do the right thing in every situation
  • Create an environment of safety, caring, support, and transparency
  • Honor the data, but focus on the people
  • Create genuine, meaningful relationships
  • The team comes first

We are seeking collaborative BCBAs who are committed to ongoing growth and development alongside our clinical leader, a BCBA-D and licensed psychologist with 20 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders
  • Implementing behavior plans and providing ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as needed
  • Providing direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans and the generalization of skills
  • Providing training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topics
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets
  • Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.
