Work with children, teens, or adults in-home, in the community or at our center in Woburn! We are primarily looking for assistance with assessments, billing, creating behavior plans that will satisfy our funder requirements, staff supervision, parent training, and re-assessment/submitting information to funders. Responsibilities:

  • Support both ABA and DDS services.
  • Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.

  • Maintain a system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
  • Maintain a system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
  • Maintain quality outcome data.
  • Completing billing through Central Reach, ensure appointments are up to date and staff follow up as needed.
  • Complete functional assessments.
  • Develop and implement BSP.
  • Seek input and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties
  • Modify BSP's as necessary; be part of the review team to review BSPs.
  • Family outreach and family training as needed.
  • Development of visual aids and tools as needed.
  • Present plans as needed to funding sources.
  • Attend all agency, departmental, and client specific meetings as needed.
  • Conduct direct support staff training on implementation of individual behavioral support plans and related data collection.
  • Positively partner with all BCBAs, MA-level, clinicians, and managers as needed.

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification required
  • Master's degree in psychology, behavioral analysis, education, social work or related field.
  • At least two years' experience with behavioral support evaluation and services for people with developmental disabilities.
  • Must maintain any applicable license, training, or and certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum.
  • Positive can-do attitude. Ability to work in an environment that is not merely ABA; must be willing to work on multi-discipline cases and teams, including those with DDS services.

This is a full-time job, with exact hours and schedule to be set with management; however, this role will need to be able to pivot and display flexibility as needed.

This role is expected to travel to and from the Wilmington/Burlington/Lexington MA area (mostly to see clients or supervise others) but also service other areas as needed.

***We are willing to consider part-time contractor arrangement(s), for the right candidate(s), if needed to perform in the required areas of service.***
