Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in St. Louis, MO with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, providing direct ABA therapy, and training/educating parents. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data, coordinating with other therapists, and attending team meetings. The BCBA will also communicate regularly with families to report progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills
  • Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Background in Psychology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • BCBA certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with children and young adults with developmental challenges is a plus
