About Job

You’re Not Just a Board Certified Behavior Analyst — You’re the One Others Turn To

You’re the anchor. The catalyst. The calm BCBA in the chaos.
You’ve put in the reps. Sharpened your skills. Earned your place.
Now it’s time to lead from the front lines—not behind a desk.
At Milestone Therapy, we believe in building a team of movement-makers, not micromanagers. We’re hiring a Lead BCBA to guide, mentor, and transform care across school, clinic, hospital, and home settings—without sacrificing the hands-on work that got you here. This is leadership that moves—with purpose, passion, and always with kids at the center.
What You'll Do:
  • Mentor and develop BCBAs and RBTs across multiple service lines
  • Serve as a clinical expert—problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
  • Deliver data driven direct pediatric ABA services across environments
  • Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
  • Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion—and a good sense of humor
The Role Breakdown:

~20 hours/week: Clinical mentorship, development, and leadership
~20 hours/week: Direct care, hands-on treatment, and real-world impact
What You Bring:
  • Active Illinois and Indiana BCBA Licenses
  • 3+ years of BCBA therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
  • A passion for helping clinicians grow—and helping kids thrive
  • Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary plus leadership stipend
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) + 6 Paid Holidays
  • Paid Mileage for travel between settings
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Contribution
  • $500 Annual CEU Reimbursement
  • $650 Annual Technology Allowance
  • $260 Annual Wellness Stipend
  • And much, much more!
Why Milestone Therapy?
  • Therapist-led, not corporate-run or driven by private equity
  • No quotas. No bureaucracy. No burnout
  • True interdisciplinary teamwork with SLPs, OTs, and PTs
  • A mission-driven team that celebrates small wins and big progress
